Passion

In the oldest part of the Manor there is a wine cellar, with more than 300 kinds of wines from around the world. They are selected as a result of the passion of the Manor owner, who has been working professionally for more than 20 years as an international wine judge in various competitions, including the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.

Wine

Wine is stored horizontally at a constant ambient temperature of 17 ° C. To make orientation in the cellar easier, the wines are stored according to continent and country. The pick of the wines in the Sieraków Manor cellar are those unlikely to be found elsewhere in Poland, such as Burgundy from the most famous Domaine Domaine Romanée-Conti, rare Les Grands Crus classés, or wines from the Slow Wines. Both the host and the Sieraków Manor sommelier are happy to show guests around the basement, advising them which wine to choose for dinner or another occasion.
