Every Thursday, Sieraków Manor opens its doors to all lovers of fine food and a truly unique atmosphere. On this day, our Head Chef invites you on a culinary journey in the form of tasting plates - small portions filled with aroma, passion, and inspiration. It’s the perfect opportunity to sample several dishes in one visit and discover just how rich Polish cuisine can be in a modern interpretation.
Each Thursday brings a new culinary story. The menu changes weekly, so even our regular Guests can discover something new every time. Among approximately five offerings, you’ll find both meat and vegetarian dishes - prepared using the highest-quality, seasonal ingredients, often sourced from local suppliers.
A tasting plate is not only a chance to experience the creativity of our Head Chef, but also a wonderful way to spend time in a truly special place, where history meets hospitality and the art of the table.

Thursday afternoons are also a perfect opportunity to discover the history of Sieraków Manor - a place that has delighted visitors for centuries with its architecture, atmosphere, and the stories written into its walls.
We invite you to a short, intimate guided tour during which you’ll learn fascinating details about the former owners, the manor’s past, and its contemporary restoration.
